Asked whether he still followed cricket, Bolt replied: "Of course, of course I do." And who is his favourite cricketer? "Chris Gayle and Sachin Tendulkar – I like the way he plays," the Jamaican told Deccan Herald.
Given his height – he is six-feet five inches tall – and athleticism, there is no doubt that Bolt would have made a good cricketer – perhaps a fast bowler in the famous West Indian tradition. Cricket's loss, certainly, is track and field's gain.
