Troop withdrawal from Georgia complete: Russia  
The withdrawal came two weeks after thousands of Russian soldiers roared into Georgia to defend the separatist territory of South Ossetia from a Georgian offensive. The troops have moved back into South Ossetia and some are already at their bases, he said.
