I am 23-years-old and weigh 65 kg. I have heard that being on a liquid diet and alternating it with high-carbohydrate diet will help reduce weight drastically. Can you advise.
I would not recommend any such alternating diet. The word diet means modification of food quantity and quality. It does not mean complete change to one sort of food. Please understand that how much ever you try eating only one variety or texture of food, you will land up one day feeling like eating a normal meal. So why make yourself undergo a yoyo effect. Just start from the beginning itself, reduce the quantity, and the change the quality. For example, instead of 3 slices of bread, eat just one and half and make it whole wheat bread, or for that matter, rice, make it brown rice, and just two table spoons, similarly, chapathi, keep it raagi based or whole wheat-based and eat just two. This is the first and only step in bringing down your weight, trust me it does wonders. In addition to this, in order to keep your bones healthy and blood circulation good, go for a walk/ run or swim.

I have pimples on my face and shoulders for the past four years. It makes me very uncomfortable, and I am tired of it. I can't wear light coloured shirts as sometimes the pimples starts to bleed and many pimples marks are left behind. I have visited many doctors, but to no avail.
Acne (Pimples) is an inflammatory condition of the sebaceous glands of the skin. The condition results in part from excessive stimulation of the skin by androgens (male hormones). Acne can be managed by creams, lotions, oral medicines, etc depending on the severity and type of acne. Often, acne clears up after several years, even without treatment. Do not touch, squeeze or prick the pimples as they leave behind pigmented marks and scars. Drink lots of water atleast 6-8 glasses per day. Include all vegetables and fruits in your diet.
