Forest department officials arrested two persons in connection with the illegal transportation of teak wood logs from the Naduthopu in Balehonnur. The arrested have been identified as Ravi, a resident of Masigadde and Mahesh, a native of Gaddemane. Both have been remanded to judicial custody.
