HC says no to liquor shop
Bangalore, dhns: A division bench headed by Chief Justice Cyriac Joseph on Friday asked the State government to submit the sketch and other details of permission granted to a wine shop within 100 meters of educational institutions and hospitals on Bannerghatta Road. A public interest petition had complained about a wine shop near IIMB.
