Summary of observations recorded at 8:30 am. Rainfall occurred at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Coastal and North Interior Karnataka. Minimum temperatures fell at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal and South Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at a few places over North and South Interior Karnataka, however above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka. Mysore recorded lowest minimum temperature of 12.1 deg.C. over the State.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Friday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over Chitradurga, Kolar Bangalore rural and urban and Tumkur districts. Mainly dry weather will prevail over remaining districts of the State.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
