Union Minister for Planning M V Rajashekharan will inaugurate the 35th Lakshadeepotsava at Yediyuru on Sunday while Dr Tontada Siddalinga Mahaswami of Gadaga Tontadarya mutt, Renukacharya Shivacharya Swamiji from Balehonnur branch mutt and  Siddarama Mahaswamy of Naganur Rudrakshimutt from Belgaum will be present.
Deputy Commissioner S R Umashankar will preside over the Lakshadeepotsava programme. MP S Mallikarjunaiah, ZP President Krishnamurty and former legislators D Nagarajaiah, H Ningappa, TP presidents Subhan Khureshi, ZP member Vijayalaxmi, TP member Nagaratna, GP president Ashwini Nagaraj will also be present on the occasion.

Visual feast
Sindhu Surendran of Nisha Natyalaya from Bangalore, Sri Kalleshwara Yakshagana Kalasangha will offer visual feast on the occasion of Lakshadeepotsava.

At Shaniswara temple in Kunigal, judge will inaugurate the deepotsava at 7.30pm. After bursting crackers, cultural programme by Swara Madhurya troupe of Tumkur will be held, said priest Nagaraj in a press release.
Sahasra Deepotsava will be held at Shaneswara temples in Doddapet and on Maddur road.
