When the person was arrested after three years, he was bailed out by the town municipality members.
Three years ago, the four drivers were told by the person that he would help them to get jobs in Kuwait and he also took more than Rs 3 lakh from each family. However, after waiting for three years for visa and appointment order, they have lodged a complaint.
The wives of these drivers were beedi workers and when the person had come to one of their relatives house, he assured them that he would get the drivers lucrative jobs in Kuwait. The drivers had given him applications and passports also.
Later, the man asked them to contact him at his office in Shivajinagar at Bangalore.

Meanwhile, he had also called him to get their appointment order and visa at Chennai, but when these drivers went to the airport, he was not there.
Recently, when the person had attended a function at his relatives’ house in Shidlaghatta, the women identified him and handed him over to the police. However, the new town municipality members bailed him out, said the women.
Complaints in connection with this have been registered with the police. Following the complaint, and the deputy superintendent of police and police sub-inspector have assured them taking legal action.
