Fr Muller Homoeopathic Medical College in Deralakatte will organise Homoeopathic Conference 2007 at the college premises on December 8 and 9, under the theme “Research in Homoeopathy”.
Stalwarts from Baba Atomic Research Centre, Central Council of Research in Homoeopathy, Institute of Clinical Research, Mumbai, and other institutions will participate in this national seminar, which is being held for the past 10 years, informed a release.
Dr K M Dhawale and team from ICR Mumbai will discuss the topic “Doing Homoeopathic clinical research- the growth of the science and the art”; Dr Raveendar, the research officer in CCRH Gudiwada will present a paper on “Research in Homoeopathy and clinical study on diabetic distal symmetrical polyneuropathy”;
Dr P P Chandrachoodan, the programme officer in BARC will speak on “Research and development- methodology in relation to Homoeopathy”; Dr Girish Gupta from Gourang Homoeopathic Research Centre in Lucknow will present a paper on “Evidence based study on the role of Homoeopathic medicine in case of BPH”; Dr G D Jindal, scientific officer of BARC Mumbai will discuss the topic “Scientific experiments in Homoeopathy”.
Dr Udachankar, Dr Guruprasad M N, Dr Manohar Upadhya P P will present their research papers in open forums, the release stated.
The main objective of organising annual Homoeopathic conference is to make people aware about the advancement and the recent development in Homoeopathy and to provide platform for the professionals to discuss various themes.
Deputy Commissioner M Maheshwar Rao will inaugurate the conference, while Nitte Education Trust Chairman N Vinay Hegde will be the guest of honour.
Fr Muller Charitable Institutions Director Fr Patrick Rodrigues will preside, the release added.
