Inaugurating the 30th State-level exhibition arranged as a part of Lakshadeepotsava at Shree Kshethra Dharmasthala on Wednesday.
He lauded the efforts of Dharmadhikari Dr D Veerendra Heggade in bringing about social reformation through Shree Kshethra Dharmasthala Rural Development Programme (SKDRDP).
Dr D Veerendra Heggade who presided over the programme said that the idea behind the exhibition was to arrange a festival which is devoid of all unnecessary systems like gambling, drinking and so on.
He said that ‘Lakshadeepotsava’ thus stresses on the disciplined way of entertainment and religious acts.
Belthangady former MLA Prabhakar Bangera among others was present on the occasion.
