Terror suspect Mohammad Asif underwent a three-hour narco analysis test at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Bangalore on Wednesday. The test was conducted to extract more information on the terror network in Karnataka, said sources.
The terror suspect, who had already undergone polygraph and brain mapping tests, was subjected to three-hour narco analysis test, they said.
Asif, a final year MBBS student and a close associate of terror suspects Riyazuddin Naser alias Mohammad Ghouse and Asadulla Abubakker, was arrested by the Corps of Detectives (CoD) on February 9.
Asif's police custody, which was to end on February 18, was extended to March 6 by JMFC Srinivas, after the CoD sought extension of his custody for further interrogation.
