Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College - Centre for Management Studies will be organising ‘The Brand Summit’ with Prof John Phillip Jones, the American advertising professor, who has been an advertising consultant for many global companies, particularly J Walter Thompson for over 25 years.
John Phillip Jones has been associated with the Syracuse University, the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia and the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. He is the recipient of a number of awards and was also nominated as one of the ‘25 most influential people’ recently. Author of eight books, and more than 70 articles in professional and academic journals, Jones is also the editor and part-author of the largest collection ever published of scholarly papers on advertising (five volumes). His books have been translated into 10 languages.
Jones will be delivering his discourse on the role of advertising in creating, building and maintaining leading and memorable brands all from an Indian perspective in Bangalore on the March 1 at The NIMHANS Convention Centre.
