BU Syndicate on Saturday accepted the findings of a high-level committee that went into the state of affairs of the department of environment science.The syndicate also decided to issue show-cause notice to Dr N Nandini, reader and chairperson, department of environmental science, sources said.

The fact-finding committee headed by retired district and sessions judge Ko Chennabasappa was constituted to examine the allegations and counter-allegations between Dr Nandini and Dr R K Somashekar and former chairman of the same department.
