My age is 23 years. Height is 5'1" and weight is 49 kg. My problem is that inspite of being thin overall, my thighs are very big in size which makes them look odd. If I do any exercise, my weight will reduce but I want to reduce only my thigh size. I want to increase my weight. I can't wear jeans or pants. Suggest me solutions for my problem.
Solution to your problem is simple. In order to reduce thigh size, I would recommend climbing stairs for 30 minutes every day. Climbing should done at a consistent pace without any exertion, gasping for breath or panting. This will not only reduce your thigh size, but simultaneously increase your muscle mass, thus overall weight.

I am Ravi from Mysore. I am 23 years old. I have severe hair loss from the past 4-5 months. I used soapnut powder earlier but nowadays, I use anti-dandruff shampoos. Also, I wash my hair with cold water. Am I doing anything wrong?
You can use cold water to wash your hair. There is nothing wrong with it. Normal hair loss per day is 50-120 strands per day. Whatever hair you have lost will grow over a period of time. For effective hair growth here are few natural remedies: Soak ½ cup fenugreek seeds for 4 hours and then grind. For ¼ cup neem juice, take neem leaves, a little water and grind in a mixer, then strain. Mix the ingredients to a paste and apply to the hair and scalp and leave for sometime and wash the hair.
This improves hair texture and stimulates the scalp to effect good growth. Also look to coconut oil to plump up hair texture and quality. What we eat reflects on our hair. Hair needs proteins, vitamins and minerals, so incorporate plenty of fruits, vegetables and milk in your diet. The hair is comprised mostly of protein, therefore to encourage hair growth, adhere to a diet rich in protein, like sprouts, pulses, beans, cereals, eggs, milk and milk products. As vitamin E is important for healthy hair growth, eat green leafy vegetables, nuts, avocados, etc on a regular basis. Drink atleast eight glasses of water, herbal teas and unsweetened fruit juice. Go easy on tea and coffee, as they increase the drainage of water and important nutrients and hamper the absorption of minerals crucial for hair health. Stress causes the hair cells to slow reproduction. Try to avoid stress and do yoga or relaxation exercise.
I am 24 years old working for a private company. I still cannot get a moustache. I shave twice a week but in vain. Please help.
The reason for not having moustache can be due to hormonal reasons, infections, some hair problems, etc. Please consult an endocrinologist so that the various reasons / causes can be analysed after a thorough physical examination and history appropriately managed.
