Officials sentenced  
The 21st Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge S Harishkumar, has convicted P Fovindaraju, a senior administrative officer of Doordarshan Kendra, to undergo one year imprisonment and pay a fine of 20,000.
Blast cases: HAL staff held  
The Central team investigating the bomb blast and the City police have reportedly taken three employees of HAL into custody in connection with serial bomb blasts in Bangalore and elsewhere in the country.
