They were above normal at most places being appreciably so at a few places over Interior Karnataka and appreciably above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka. Bellary recorded highest maximum temperature of 34.2 deg. Cel. over the State. Minimum temperatures changed little over Coastal Karnataka, South Interior Karnataka and were rose at a few places over North Interior Karnataka They were normal over the state. Chamarajanagar recorded lowest mininmum temperature of 17.2 deg. Celsius over the State.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Saturday: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at isolated places over all the districts of the South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather may prevail over all the districts of Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
