Subramanya Construction & Development Company (SCDC), a Bangalore-based developer of commercial property and software parks, on Wednesday said that in collaboration with the Karnataka Housing Board, it will soon launch an integrated residential township project in Mysore.

     Located close to the airport and near the Ring Road, the plotted residential development aims to attract individuals of different income levels. “We have received all necessary approvals and the formalities are being finalised,” said Nagesh Balasubramanyam, Director, SCDC. He added that the project will be launched shortly as per set norms.

SCDC is also venturing into the hospitality sector and developing hotels in Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore etc. Currently, it is constructing a 100 room ultra-modern business hotel in Bangalore, to be completed in 14 months.
