The all-time favourite cartoon character Noddy is coming to town. The live Noddy show will be held at the Ambedkar Bhavan from September 5 to 7.

The show — a live musical, where Noddy along with his friends Tessie Bear, Bumpy Dog, Gobbo and Sly, Plod and Big Ears will render a power-packed performance. Bangaloreans are all geared up to join Noddy on an adventurous tour.

Aditya Khan, in his teens, still loves reading Enid Blyton and stacks a good collection of his books. “Seeing Noddy live is like a dream-come-true. And since all the characters are going to be there, I am sure it will be an entertaining and educative show,” says Aditya. 

You can also be a part of the show where you can join Noddy and bark like Bumpy Dog as Noddy and Bumpy look for something exciting to do. You can also go with them on an adventure. Catch Sly and Gobbo as they see an opportunity to cheat Noddy into buying a fake treasure map. You can even help Noddy with the directions on the map as you sing and dance with numbers to where X marks the treasure’s location.
Lots of song, dance and thrilling adventure —  that’s what the three-day Noddy show has in store for its die-hard fans in the City.

Vishakha Shenoy, a home-maker, vividly remembers visiting the library, as a child, just to read Noddy. “Noddy has a strong association with my life. Those 45 minutes I spent reading Noddy as a child, has made me a fan of the character for life,” says Vishaka. She feels Noddy’s appearance on TV and now, the live show will keep the character alive.
