Sanjeev Nanda, 3 others held guilty
Sanjeev Nanda, grandson of former Naval Chief S M Nanda, was on Tuesday convicted by a Delhi court for mowing down six persons in the nine-year-old BMW hit-and-run case and can face a ten-year prison term.
Sanjeev Nanda, prime convict in the BMW hit-and-run case, being taken to lock-up from the Patiala House Court in New Delhi on Tuesday.

A prominent arms control organisation has asked the Nuclear Suppliers Group to reject the revised draft proposal, that exempts India from some of its guidelines for nuclear trade, as it does not contain any "meaningful adjustments".
