Seven Indian nationals were arrested on Saturday in central Italy for sexually abusing a girl.
 They also tried  to force her into prostitution, police said.

The men, aged between 21 and 31, were arrested near the town of Ascoli Piceno.

Their victim was a Macedonian teenager who was 14 at the time of the alleged assaults two years ago, a police statement said.

Two Italians and two Macedonians, including an uncle of the victim, have already been arrested over the affair.
