The delinquent employee, earlier  an SDA at the taluk panchayat was deputed to the post of gram panchayat secretary.

The deputy secretary, in his order has stated that the employee was being kept under suspension on the basis of the report on misappropriation of funds released to the local body under various schemes.

He has also asked taluk panchayat executive officer to investigate into the allegation and register a criminal complaint against the person suspended.
