<p>"We have shifted the office hours from 9 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. to avoid the busy traffic in the national capital region (NCR) due to the Games," said Prateek Chatterjee, spokesperson of the learning solutions company, NIIT. <br /><br />The company has also decided to provide cab service to its employees from metro stations.<br />"To avoid the traffic jams we have advised our employees to use the metro facility while we will be providing ferry services from the metro stations to office," he added. <br /><br />Another company which provides support services to institutions and law firms, IP Engine Service, said it would soon change the timings as the company office is centrally located. <br />“Since our company is situated in the busy Connaught Place, we don't have any option but to shift our timings or else it will be very difficult for us to commute during the CWG,” said a company executive. <br /><br />"Though no official statement has been issued, its likely that our timings will be rescheduled from next week," he added. <br /><br />Soniya Sharma, who works in a multinational company in Okhla phase 3, said her company would make necessary arrangements.<br /><br />“We are tracing the traffic and will take measures depending on requirements," she said. <br />"Currently we report at 9:30 a.m. and leave by 7 p.m. However, the timings will be shifted once the Games begin," she added. <br /></p>
