Moily favours Lokayukta probe into land scams

"Since the Chief Minister himself is facing allegations of his involvement in land scams what is the use of seeking a judicial probe into them?" said Moily, whose party -- the Congress -- has been demanding the Karnataka Chief Minister's immediate resignation.

Asked about Katta Subramanya Naidu resigning as Minister for IT, BT and Housing yesterday following the Lokayukta filing an FIR against him over a land deal, Moily said "it is not only Naidu who is guilty. There are others also who have to quit."
