<p>When the House re-assembled at 2:30 pm after two adjournments in the pre-lunch sitting, members from BJP and AIADMK once again rushed into the well shouting slogans demanding JPC.<br /><br />P J Kurien, who was in the Chair, tried to persuade the members to take up Private Members' business but his request went unheeded.<br /><br />As he continued with his efforts to run the House, BJP member Rudra Nararayan Pany snatched agenda papers.<br /><br />This evoked angry protests from the treasury benches.<br /><br />Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Minister V Narayanasamy and Congress members Jesudasu Seelam and Rajiv Shukla strongly objected to the member's behaviour.<br /><br />An angry Seelam deplored the action and told the BJP member, "You should not do it...it is too much."<br /><br />BJP members tried to salvage the situation with Deputy Leader of the party in the Upper House S S Ahluwalia taking the paper back from Pany's hands and putting it back on Kurien's table.<br /><br />At this point, Kurien adjourned the House till Monday.</p>
