It would be increased to Rs 1.8 billion by the end of 2012.<br /><br />The company has set up a production facility at Sriperumbudur near Chennai and manufacturers some of its latest models, include premium sedan BMW 3 Series, BMW 5 series and the SUV X1. The plant has a capacity to produce 8,000 units a year.</p>
