Agrawal contended that the complainant had levelled serious charges against him to put pressure on him to marry her after his parents had disapproved of the alliance.
He said they were having affair since 2008 and had even stayed together several times in the past in Mumbai and Delhi. However, Agrawal's father told him that he would not get any share in the property if he married her.
Thereafter she filed the FIR against him, he said.Mahesh Vaswani, lawyer for the air-hostess, denied that the FIR was false and said she had been assaulted and raped several times in the past by Agrawal who had induced her to have physical relationship on the pretext of marrying her.Agrawal turned violent many times and had threatened to throw acid on her face, the girl said in her written reply.The petition was dismissed by Justice R P Sondur Baldota.
