The HC, hearing a petition filed by state BJP spokesperson Madhav Bhandari, posted the next hearing of the case to February 21. The minister referred to is Union Rural Development Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh.
The bench comprising justices BH Marlapalle and UD Salvi had last Monday described the Pune land scam, which had begun way back in 1976 as a mini-2G scam or another Adarsh Society scam.
