<p>"Under Ottis Gibson, the team is improving all the time. I have been with England here, I have seen them in England, but the way they put it together here, they are moving up," the former England coach Fletcher told Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC).<br /><br />"If that improvement continues, I wouldn't like to be part of another touring side and play them," he added.<br /><br />India won the three-match Test series against the West Indies 1-0, which concluded with a draw at Windsor Park in Dominica on Sunday. West Indies lost the first Test match by 63 runs at Sabina Park in Jamaica before hanging on to a draw in the second Test in Bridgetown. West Indies managed to produce heartening result against the number number one Test team in the world and Fletcher felt the host batsmen showed improvement during the course of the series.<br /><br />"They bowled very well. Their batters slowly got better," he said. While the Windies bowlers did well during the series, debutant Kirk Edwards and Shiv Chanderpaul hit centuries in the final Test to help the team earn yet another draw against the visitors.<br /><br />The 62-year-old coach also said that that the West Indies are slowly but steadily becoming a professional unit. "It's not only on the field, the way they move off the field, their warm-ups, I take note of it. They looked a very professional unit," he said.</p>
