<p>Janata Party leader Subramanian Swamy today moved the Delhi High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the case filed against him for writing an allegedly "inflammatory" article.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Swamy's plea, filed through counsel Maheen Pradhan, will be heard by Justice M L Mehta tomorrow.<br /><br />In October last year, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police had registered an FIR against Swamy for writing an article in a newspaper in July last year which police said tended to spread enmity between communities.<br /><br />However, Swamy has denied all the charges levelled by the Delhi police in the FIR.</p>
