<p>In what could allay the fears of MUDA site aspirants, the authority has set in motion a process to inspect the authenticity of the applicants for sites at R T Nagar, Lalitadripura and Chamalapura (Nanjangud).<br /><br /></p>.<p>In a press release, MUDA Commissioner C G Betsurmath has stated that several teams of officers belonging to the authority have been formed to verify the addresses given in the application forms. <br /><br />Some of the teams are already in action. The commissioner has warned the applicants against middlemen and to lodge complaints with the authority in case of any such assurances from touts, the release added.<br /><br />KIADB extends date<br /><br />The Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB) has extended the date to receive applications from the industrialists for sites to be developed at different survey numbers coming in Kadakola village and its surroundings, to April 20. The last date to receive applications was earlier set at April 9. <br /><br />A release from the office of development officer and zonal office stated that the duly filled in applications should be submitted at the office of Joint Director, District Industries Centre, Mysore (phone 0821- 2520886) or Development Officer, Zonal Office, KIADB, Metagalli Mysore (phone- 0821- 2582014).</p>
