They are all your party workers. They are getting TA/DA of Rs 1,500 a month. In addition, the government has appointed two more people for implementing the work. They are getting a salary of Rs 7,000 each. So, of the Rs 24 lakh for each district, Rs 4,60,000 is going towards salary,” he said. <br /><br />He said that no person belonging to SC/ST or minority community has been identified as beneficiary by the mission. <br /><br />Earlier, the CM said so far 32,000 farmers have adopted organic farming. A survey will be conducted by September 30 to identify the real beneficiaries and only later money will be sanctioned. He denied misappropriation of funds and said, the total budget for the mission this year is Rs 50 crore and so far, money has not been deposited in the name of any beneficiary, he added. <br /><br />Referring to the chief minister’s reply on discussion on rural development and panchayat raj, Siddaramaiah said the three-day session has gone waste as none of the constructive suggestions given by the Opposition have been considered. <br /><br />He said the chief minister has made only announcements while not chalking out any action plan and earmarking funds.
