<p>Tamil actress Shubha Phutela, who debuted this year with romantic-drama "Maalai Pozhudhin Mayakathilaey", has passed away after a prolonged kidney problem and jaundice. She was 21.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Shubha died Monday night at the Apollo Hospital here. <br /><br />"She was undergoing treatment for kidney problem for three months. <br /><br />She also got jaundice recently. She was showing signs of recovery but suddenly slipped into coma last week," a source told IANS.<br /><br />Shubha is survived by her parents, an elder sister and a younger brother.<br /><br />She had recently turned down an offer to act opposite Telugu actor Ram, citing health issues.</p>
