<p>Bombay High Court has directed city police to conduct a probe into the complaint of a script writer that his story idea was stolen by Yashraj Films (YRF), the producer of Salman Khan-starrer `Ek Tha Tiger'.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Division bench of Justices A S Oka and Sadhana Jadhav last week also asked the police to take decision before November 7 on the request made by the complainant Anand Panda that the case be transferred to some other agency, from suburban Amboli police station.<br /><br />Earlier, the court had ordered the police station to register an FIR, but not satisfied with the police investigation, Panda sought transfer of the probe.<br /><br />According to Panda, he had written a story titled `Ghost Wars' and registered it with Registrar of Copyrights, New Delhi. He submitted it to Yashraj Films, but the production house said it was not interested.<br /><br />Panda alleged that YRF later incorporated the story idea in `Ek Tha Tiger' script.</p>
