<p>The timings of the first four matches of the India-England ODI series have been revised by the BCCI due to the dew factor which might have an impact on the play.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The matches will be starting at 12 noon which is two-and-a-half-hour earlier than the scheduled start of play. The five-match series will be played in January next year with the first match in Rajkot on January 11.<br />Remaining matches whose timings have been changed will take place in Kochi, Ranchi and Mohali respectively.<br /><br />"The timings of the day-night matches have been revised, to counter the "dew factor" and ensure the best playing conditions for both the teams," a BCCI media release said. The last ODI, to be played at Dharamsala, will commence at 9:00 am.<br /><br />The day and night match will start at 12 noon and end at 7.45pm. Interval will be from 3.30 pm to 4.15 pm while for the Dharamsala match, the session-wise timings will be 09:00 am to 12:30 pm (first session), 12:30 pm to 01:15 pm (lunch) and 01:15 pm to 04:45 pm (second session).<br /><br />The excessive dew factor prompts the ball to get slippery thus placing the side bowling second at a disadvantageous position.</p>
