<p>The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) said Sunday that its leader Arvind Kejriwal will meet Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung around Monday noon, amid indications that it was ready to form a government in Delhi.<br /><br /></p>.<p>An AAP spokesperson told IANS that Kejriwal will address the media at 11 a.m. Monday and then proceed to meet Jung.<br /><br />The AAP has been engaged in a campaign to elicit a 'yes' or 'no' from people on government formation with Congress backing after it finished as the second largest party with 28 seats in the 70-member assembly.<br /><br />The spokesperson added that most of the people AAP had got in touch with or who contacted the party through SMS and social media were in favour of the one-year-old party ruling Delhi.<br /><br />The Delhi election threw up a fractured mandate, with the BJP ending up with 31 seats. But it refused to form a government. The Congress won only eight seats. The Lt. Governor then invited the AAP.</p>
