<p>The members of the theatre troupe ‘Kriyative Theatre’ will present the play, ‘Sahebara Sarkeetu’, on March 2 and 3, 7.30 pm, at Ranga Shankara, JP Nagar. <br /><br /></p>.<p>A popular production, the play is based on MR Srinivasa Murthy’s well known work ‘Rangannana Kanasina Dinagalu’ and is a hilarious account of the experiences of a village school inspector. <br /><br />‘Sahebara Sarkeetu’ comprises humourous incidents, designs, music, acting and a message which talks about social change. <br /><br />Adapted for the stage by Sundar, the play presents numerous episodes which throw light on the condition of primary education in our country. <br /><br />The play is designed and directed by Pramod Shiggaon. Dundiraj and Gopal Wajapeyi have composed songs for this play which are set to music by Gajanana Naik. <br /><br />Prashanth Kammar has worked on the sets and props while lighting designed by Muddanna Rattihalli. <br /><br />Some of the members of the cast, who are well-known theatre and television artistes include Ganapathi Gowda, Sundar, Laxmi Chandrashekar and Chandrakeethi. <br /><br />Tickets are priced at Rs 150.
