Despite posting jaw dropping cut-offs, all Delhi University colleges have featured in the second cut-off list released on Thursday evening, as admissions to most of the courses in top colleges are still on.

.
Cut-offs saw a minor dip at famed colleges. In its second list, Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has lowered the marker for BCom (Hons) to 97.25-99 per cent from 97.5-99.25 per cent. Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) also slashed the cut-off by 0.25 per cent for Economics (Hons) and BCom.

Other courses at LSR saw a slight variation in cut-off. The college also rectified the error made in computing cut-offs for students with disability.

In the second list, popular honours courses in North Campus colleges saw minor plunge of 0.25 to 1 per cent. For Economics (Hons) at Hindu and English (Hons) at Miranda House, students now need one and three marks less, respectively, in their best-of-four aggregate.

Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma and Acharya Narendra Dev – which posed a stiff competition with its 100 per cent cut-off for the Computer Science programme for non-Science aspirants – reduced their marks by 1 and 2 per cent respectively.

Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College, which too demanded a perfect score in BSc (Hons) Computer Science, had to reduce the cut-off from 97-100 per cent to 89.5-94.5 per cent due to very few enrolments in the first list.

But some colleges closed doors for a few courses – especially for popular ones like Economics, BCom and English. SRCC has closed admission for Economics (Hons).

Seats in courses such as BCom (Hons), History (Hons) and English (Hons) at Indraprastha College for Women were filled on the first two days of admission itself.

Ramjas College has closed admission for nine of its courses. A few reserved seats in these colleges, however, are still up for grab.
