<p>"Andhra Pradesh is a beautiful and progressive state. It will be in the best interest of the state if students went to schools and colleges and focussed on examinations. Everyone should cooperate," Law Minister M Veerappa Moily, who is in charge of party affairs in Andhra Pradesh, said.<br /><br />Noting that rule of law should be encouraged, Moily said that governance should not suffer and development should not get hampered. He hoped that the terms of reference of the group would be decided soon.<br /><br />His appeal came against the backdrop of frequent bandhs and violent protests in the state, especially in the Telangana region, over the issue of separate statehood. <br /></p>
