"There are lots of things that need to be explored in India. The international market is doing great in 3D films and there seems to be a great demand for these kind of movies across the globe," Varma told reporters.

Sensing huge opportunities in this genre, the filmmaker is currently working on perhaps the country's first 3D-horror movie 'Warning' and says that the plot line and other things including the star cast are still in its initial stages and undecided. "It is too early to say about the film," he said.

Varma has earlier tried his hands at horror with psychological and supernatural thrillers like 'Bhoot' (2003), 'Phoonk' (2008) and the episodic 'Darna' (Darna Mana Hai and Darna Zaroori Hai) series. He is now ready with its second instalment of Phoonk, directed by Milind Gadagkar. 'Phoonk -2' is likely to be released in April this year.

The writer-director-producer is also contemplating of making another movie on the underworld gang warfare. "It's been long time I haven't made a movie on underworld. I won't say I am very much fascinated towards it but I love to unearth facts and true stories," Varma said. The underworld movie line-up of RGV include -- 'Satya' (1998) and Company (2002) followed by 'D' (2005), which was produced by him.
