<p>The PBX number of Parliament kept ringing throughout the day on May 17 with the caller threatening to kill all the members of Parliament by blowing up the building.<br /><br />"Har ek ko marunga" (I will kill everyone), "Pure Parliament ko uda doonga" (I will blow up Parliament) -- calls like these kept security personnel on their toes as sleuths scrambled to get hold of the man, official sources said.<br /><br />He was making calls from different phone numbers belonging to Jaipur and Uttar Pradesh but using the same phone. Besides, the location of the phone was changing from Deoria in eastern Uttar Pradesh to Siwan in Bihar, making it difficult for the officials to track him down.<br />Finally, UP Police managed to catch hold of the man from Deoria district on Bihar border. His questioning revealed that his mental condition was not stable because of unemployment.<br />"We have arrested the person from Deoria. But he seems to be a harmless youth with a disoriented mind. He has been unemployed for a long time and is in his late 30s," an official involved in the investigations said.</p>
