<p>"The talks will be held soon in Beijing," Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao said in an interview to All India Radio. <br /><br />India will be represented by National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon.<br /><br />Rao, a former Indian ambassador to China, however said the date for the meeting had not been finalised.<br /><br />The two countries have held 14 rounds of talks on their border row that sparked a war in 1962. <br /><br />Menon, during his visit to Beijing last month, laid emphasis on resolving the differences over demarcation of borders and conducting joint military exercises to boost bilateral ties. <br /><br />Recently, China had claimed certain parts of Arunachal Pradesh as its territory. <br /><br />Replying to a question on the stapled visas issued to people from Jammu and Kashmir, Rao said: "We reject the policy and put this across to the Chinese side clearly."</p>
