Akka leaves delegates disappointed

Delegates from State said the organisers were busy arranging performances of their kith and kin, while artistes had no chance to exhibit their skills. Moreover, delegates complained about the poor accomodation and lack of transport from their hotel to the venue. The organisers had assured the delegation a two-day visit to Washington, Philadelphia and New York, but the organisers cut short the trip to one day.
