Solve agricultural issues to control migration: Sadashiva  
"The migration of rural youth to the cities can be controlled by solving the problems associated with agriculture. Discussions must be held in this regard to initiate actions at the earliest," said State High Court retired chief justice A J Sadashiva.
BJP district committee reorganised  
BJP district committee was reorganised on Wednesday and accordingly the former general secretaries Shantheyanda Ravi Kushalappa and D B Balakrishna have been kept out of the Committee while Madikeri Taluk Panchayat former President Napanda M Kalappa and District Chamber of Commerce President K B Girish Ganapathy have been taken in their place.

Functioning of PWD officials irks Bopaiah  
The functioning of the Public Works Department officials has irked Deputy Speaker K G Bopaiah, who has warned that the officials who cannot work properly can go for transfers to other places.
SKDRDP to be expanded to four more districts  
Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala Rural Development Project (SKDRDP) will soon be expanded to 4 more districts, which is alreayd functioning in 6 districts, said the project human resource officer Vishwanath Shetty.
