“Cheating in the name of providing passport, visa, and employment are on the rise in the district. Police have received several complaints in this regard. We will keep an eye on such incidents,” said Additional SP R Dilip.

Speaking to presspersons here on Wednesday, he said network on cheating of people in the name of passport, visa and employment is active in the district. People should be cautious and file a complaint against such incidents. Travel agencies meeting will be held in Mangalore soon to discuss the matter, he added.
