Misuse of funds, staff held

Mulbagal, dhns: A staff of the State  Bank of Mysore at Nangali village in Mulbagal taluk has been involved in misappropriation of funds.

Sadik Khan, an employee at the State Bank of Mysore had withdrawn Rs 2,65,000 from another person’s account. The police have arrested him on Tuesday.

He has been accused of transferring money from the accounts of these three people, online, to his friend Masood’s SBM account. Later the two withdrew the amount and shared the money.
