Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan has constituted a committee comprising Allahabad High Court Chief Justice Hemant Laxman Gokhale, Jammu and Kashmir High Court Chief Justice K S Radhakrishnan and Justice Madan B Lokur of the Delhi High Court to look into the case involving the “mistaken delivery” of Rs 15 lakh at the residence  of a judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Punjab and Haryana Chief Justice T S Thakur had requested the Chief Justice to order a judicial probe into the matter.
