Like termites, they are here," Shah said.
.
Referring to the Assam National Register of Citizens exercise, he said it was found that there are 40 lakh illegal migrants prima facie and they will be thrown out from the electoral rolls after due process where they are given a chance to prove their citizenship.
.

"If their names are struck down, should a patriot feel bad? Rahul baba and company, Congress and other parties created a furore in Rajya Sabha. They asked where will they go, what will they eat, what will they eat, they have human rights and all," he said.
.

"I want to ask you. Infiltrators infiltrate into the country and create trouble for national security, carry out bomb blasts, kill innocent citizens, is that okay? Do we need to protect their human rights? They are snatching away your jobs, food the poor citizens are entitled to. We want Rahul Gandhi and Kejriwal to make their stand clear," he said.
.

Defending the arrests of activists, he said, “the place for anti-nationals is behind the bars.” Shah claimed that the activists were arrested for helping to plot the killing of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a plan to buy weapons.
.

He also sought to ridicule the Opposition unity saying they do not have a leader or ideology or policy.
