Congress’ Rajeev Ratan surrenders to police in connection with PM Modi’s security breach in AP

Congress leader Rajiv Ratan, who released black balloons during PM Modi's visit to Andhra Pradesh surrendered to the Gannavaram Police on July 07.

Rajiv Ratan will be produced before the court. Earlier, four Congress workers were arrested for releasing black balloons after PM Modi's chopper took off from Gannavaram Airport near Vijaywada.
