<p>National Investigation Agency (NIA) attached the properties of Al-Umar Mujahideen founder and chief commander Mushtaq Zargar in Srinagar city of Jammu and Kashmir on March 2. </p>.<p>It was done after the order of the Ministry of Home Affairs. His properties were attached under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967. </p>.<p>Mushtaq Zargar was released in exchange for the passengers of the Indian Airlines Flight 814 (IC 814) hijacking in 1999.</p>
