The Marvel film is releasing this Friday.</p>.<p>BookMyShow witnessed record sales, with a million tickets being sold in just over a day; the site says it sold 18 tickets a second.</p>.<p>With this, ‘Avengers: Endgame’ became the first film to have sold a million advance tickets so fast on the site.</p>.<p>Movie buffs complained about the site crashing. </p>.<p>PVR at Vega City, Bannerghatta Road, is selling tickets at Rs 1,134 in the gold class, while PVR in Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Whitefield, tickets are priced between Rs 264 and Rs 765. </p>.<p>Kirthi Shenoy, seller support associate, is a Marvel fan. “It took us a while but we have booked IMAX tickets for Friday and I cannot wait.” </p>.<p>On Friday afternoon, when a Metrolife reporter went to Lido on MG Road and Forum Mall in Koramangala, the multiplexes said tickets were sold out for the entire weekend. Tickets were available only for Monday. Srinivasa theatre on SG Palya Road and Lakshmi theatre near Tavarekere Main Road were almost full.
